|I left Ironton in the early
60's and worked for several different companies in Ohio and Virginia.
In the early 80's I moved to Maryland and settled in Southern MD in
1989. I retired a few years ago due to an industrial accident and
I live in a little wide spot in the road called Lothian, MD., about 20
miles southeast of Washington, DC. Retired in 2003 and in 2012 my
wife and I moved to Florida. Since retirement, I have written a couple
of novels, one was published in August of 2006 and the other one, I'm
still polishing. Both books are murder mysteries and the locale is
our little hometown. Barbara, my wife, still works and is planning
on a few more years until she retires. A lot of my day is spent
writing, housework, and taking care of our miniature Dachshund, Daisy.
