Guidelines for Teachers Applying for Grants

 

Stipulate on all applications:

  1. Rationale for the grant
  2. Number of students involved and grade level
  3. Cost, itemizing individual components
  4. Time limit involved in project
  5. Final financial report
  6. Feedback from the project after its completion

The Foundation would like all applications submitted by April each year. Then, the following fall, they could be approved or rejected as the Foundation Board sees fit.

The Ironton City Schools Foundation does not wish to assume any programs instituted by the Ironton Board of Education, or to provide equipment which is within the board's province. It simply wishes to enhance the education of Ironton's children with projects the board of education could not provide.
