Compensation for Jury Duty

 

                Effective April 17, 1967, it shall become the Policy of the Ironton City Board of Education to pay any regular Ironton City District employee, when serving on a jury on any school day or days, the difference between the said employee’s regular compensation and the renumeration received by him/her for serving as a juror.

                The Board of Education may pay a full time employee, including hourly and per diem employee, the difference between such employee’s regular compensation and the renumeration received by him/her serving as a juror.
