The Maintenance “Step-Up” Foreman

 

                The Maintenance “Step-up” Foreman shall have the same duties as a Maintenance Worker, as established by Board Policy 4216.9, and in addition, the Maintenance “Step-Up” Foreman shall be a talented person, knowledgeable and experienced in a number of work areas, trades, crafts, and skills sufficient to enable him/her to assist and fill in for the Maintenance Supervisor in his/her absence.  He/she shall have the skills to assist in the Maintenance Supervisor’s duties as established by Board Policy 4216.8 and he/she shall maintain a Low Pressure Boilers License.
