Regulations for Non-Teaching Employees
In accordance with Section 3319.081 O.R.C. the following regulation is adopted by the Board of Education of the Ironton City School District to wit: That all non-teaching employees of the School District will be discharged and his or her contract terminated in the event that said employee is found to have been guilty of any gross inefficiency or immorality or for any other good and just cause.
A copy of said charges shall be provided to the employee prior to a scheduled predisciplinary hearing that is granted within ten (10) days from the time of said charge. The employee shall be entitled to a hearing by the Board on said charges.
