Health Insurance Coverage During Approved Leave

 

                To prevent an undue hardship, the Ironton Board of Education wishes to provide paid health insurance coverage to employees who may be on approved extended leave of absence.

 

                The Board will provide their regular adopted health insurance coverage to employees who would not be otherwise covered because of extended, approved leave of absence.

 

                The District Treasurer should be notified of the need to be covered as soon as possible.

 

                The restrictions of this Policy will be explained by the District Treasurer.
