Education for the Handicapped Child

 

                WHEREAS, it is the goal of the Ironton City School District to provide for the educational needs of all children, including the handicapped.

 

                THEREFORE, be it resolved that Ironton City School District will provide free, appropriate education for all handicapped children as defined in applicable State and Federal laws governing the education of handicapped children.

 

                BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the administration of this school district is hereby directed to implement the written administrative procedures to carry out this policy.
