Education for the Handicapped Child

 

                Administrative Rules and Regulations for Education For The Handicapped Child are to found in their entirety in Document A, the Ironton City Schools’ Administrative Policies and Procedures for the Education of the Handicapped  (Policies and Procedures for the Implementation of Public Law 94-142 and Amended Substitute House Bill 455) as approved by the Ironton City Board of Education in July 1980.  Included in the publication are the policies and procedures which shall be followed in the education of the handicapped in the Ironton City School District, with regard to:  Child Identification; Evaluation; Placement and Program; Confidentiality of Data; and Due Process and Procedural Safeguards.  Please refer to this publication for complete, detailed steps and procedures.
