Out of School Assignments (Homework)

 

1.         All home work assigned to students must be directly related to the objectives of the subject

being taught.

 

2.         The amount of homework assigned to a student should not be more than a student can reasonably

be expected to complete in a two-hour period each day.

 

3.         To regulate the amount of time that a student must spend each evening on homework it is

recommended that the teacher assign homework by the week when possible.  This would eliminate the possibility of a student being assigned homework from several teachers to be completed the next day.
