Duties of the Officers of the Board  9210-20

 

                The President shall have the right as other Board members have, to offer resolutions, to make and second motions, to discuss questions, and to vote.

 

                The duties of the Vice-President of the Ironton City Board of Education shall be to:

               

1.         Act in the President’s stead in case of absence or disability of the President and perform any

and/or all of the President’s duties until the President resumes his/her duties of office.

 

2.         Assume the presidency of this Board in case of a vacancy in this post and shall serve until the

next organizational meeting of the board.

 

                3.    Perform other duties as may be delegated or assigned.
