Conflict of Interest

 

                The members of the Ironton City Board of Education are aware of certain legal prohibitions wherein there might be a conflict of interest, such as being the school doctor, dentist, nurse, or other while serving on the board; serving as prosecuting attorney or city solicitor while on the board; voting for a contract involving immediate family members; and the like, as found in ORC 3313.70, 3313.13, 3319.21, 3313.33, 2921.42.  Members of this board of education have not been nor will they be involved in any activity or action which might, in any respect, be considered a conflict of interest.
