The Superintendent of the Ironton City School District shall present to the Ironton City Board of Education for their consideration and adoption, written rules and regulations which fully implement the board policies as adopted by this board of education. The need for strong, reasonable, and enforceable administrative rules and regulations is imperative if the school system’s program is to be successful.
