Absences

 

                In the absence of the Treasurer from any meeting of the board, the board members who are present who are present shall choose one of their members to serve pro tempore in place of the Treasurer. 

(ORC 3313.23)  When the president is absent, the vice president presides.  A quorum must be present before action can be taken.  In the absence of both the president and vice president at a board meeting, the other board members, may elect a temporary chairman from those members present and conduct a meeting.
