Order of Business at Meetings, and Parliamentary Procedure

 

                The order of business for the Ironton City Board of Education meetings will follow this general order:

 

                1.             Call to order and roll call

                2.             Approval and signing of minutes

                3.             Financial report

                4.             Public participation

                5.             Superintendent’s report and recommendations

                6.             Communications

                7.             Unfinished business

                8.             New business

                9.             Adjournment

 

                In all questions of parliamentary procedure, the latest edition of Roberts Rules of Order shall be used to determine the proper procedure.
