A special meeting may be called by the president or the Treasurer, or by any two members of the board, by serving written notice of the time and place of the meeting upon each member of the board at least two (2) days before the date of the meeting. Such notice must be signed by the officer or by members calling the meeting. Serving the notice by mail is authorized. (ORC 3313.16)
