Public Notice


Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Ironton City School District as provided in tis notice for the New Wellness Center Project.  Questions may be directed to Kirk Donges, TSHD Architects, at [email protected].

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Board of Education of the Ironton City School District, ATTN: Patty Wade, CFO/Treasurer, 105 S. 5th Street, Ironton, OH 45638, and plainly marked on the outside " Ironton CSD - New Wellness Center Project Bid."  Bids will be received until 10:00am, local time May 22, 2025 and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will be held on May 6, 2025 at 10:00am at the Ironton City School District Administration Building, located at 105 S. 5th Street, Ironton, OH 45638.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.  No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
