Important Announcement Regarding Ironton Middle School Yearbooks
Ironton Middle School is aware of several errors in the yearbooks recently distributed to our students. We sincerely apologize for these mistakes and the disappointment and frustration they have caused our students and families.
We understand that yearbooks are more than just pictures. They represent special memories, friendships, achievements, and milestones that our students and families cherish. We deeply regret that the yearbooks did not meet the standards our students deserve.
At this time, we are asking all students and families to return their yearbooks to Ironton Middle School. A full refund will be processed once the yearbook has been returned.
Please know that we are actively working to address these concerns and determine the best path forward. We will share additional information as it becomes available.
We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we work to make this situation right.
Thank you for your continued support of Ironton Middle School.

Attention IMS students!
Get ready for the IMS Penny War, starting Monday, October 5th and running through October 30th!
Here’s how it works: Each grade—6th, 7th, and 8th—will have its own jar located outside the office.
Want to help your grade win? Put pennies and dollar bills in YOUR grade’s jar. Pennies are worth one positive point, and every dollar is worth 100 positive points.
But here’s where it gets interesting! You can sabotage another grade by putting silver coins in THEIR jar. Nickels subtract 5 points, dimes subtract 10 points, and quarters subtract 25 points from that grade’s total.
So choose wisely—you can build up your own grade OR bring down the competition!
Standings will be announced every week, and when the Penny War ends on October 30th, the grade with the most points wins TWO WEEKS OF EXTRA RECESS!
Start saving that change, IMS, and may the best grade win! 🐯🧡🖤
